ORRL General Manager Needed

MANAGEMENT COUPLE REQUIRED

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on management couple to join our team at a Lodge on the Orange River.

We are looking for a couple who are passionate about hospitality, guest service and the day-to-day running of a lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and smooth daily operations
• Guest relations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Staff supervision, training and management
• Housekeeping and maintenance oversight
• Food & beverage operations
• Stock control and basic administration
• Ensuring company standards, policies and procedures are maintained
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
• Handling bookings, reservations and general lodge administration
• Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented environment

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or lodge management experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Professional, reliable and hands-on approach
• Valid driver’s licence
• Computer literate
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
